Steven bradley, Born and raised in Chicago, moved to Miami in 2017 to open Kings Bowl in City Place Doral.  Married a Venezuelan beauty whom he met while in Chicago.  Founded nationally recognized burger joint Clutch Burger in Coral Gables in 2018 and sold in 2023.

Started Bradley Hospitality to help restaurants with consulting, which morphed into doing catering gigs all around town. 

Aside from running a successful restaurant, we focus on how we can better the community around us, as our community will define our success when all is said and done.
